No

3. If yes, how do you feel about HopeKeepers Magazine?
I love it, the size, the quality, the content, everything.
I enjoy it but believe some improvements in CONTENT could be made.
I understand that there have been some delays in delivery but I always look forward to receiving it.

4. If no, you do NOT receive HopeKeepers Magazine, because...
I cannot afford the $17.97 annual subscription rate, even if it is "buy 1 get 1 free"
I have too much to read already and feel I am "fed" through other resources
I read a sample and did not like it
I'm not familiar with it. I've not received a free trial sample yet
I don't live in the USA and the cost is too much

5. Please share any other comments (the good, the bad, the ugly) about HopeKeepers Magazine which may be helpful to us.

6. HopeKeepers Magazine will soon be available on an audio CD. The subscription rate will be $17.97 for 4 issues, (it will not be part of the "buy 1 get 1 free.) many of you have asked for this and we'd like to get a general idea of quantity. (This would be a great addition to your church's library or support group's library too to loan out.)
I would likely not buy any
I would buy 1 audio subscription for myself
I would buy 1 audio subscription for a friend
I would buy 2-3 audio subscriptions
I would buy 4-7 audio subscriptions
I would buy 7 or more audio subscriptions

7. A CD case with the HopeKeepers cover would be available for about $3-4 that would hold your annual "audio subscriptions." It would help make a nice collection of each year's messages catagorized and easy to loan out to others in a sturdy case. Is this something you would be interested in?
Yes
No

8. We will soon be putting partial excerpts of HopeKeepers Magazine online for FREE. Is this something you would tell your friends about?
Yes
No

8b. We are considering starting an affiliate program with HopeKeepers Magazine. What this would mean is IF YOU HAVE A WEB SITE you could add certain "code" to have a purchase link for HopeKeepers Magazine and then you would earn a percentage of each sale (at least a couple of dollars that would be deposited to your account instantly). This would be a way we could reach a lot more people. Would you be interested in this?
I'm not interested
I don't have a web site but I may get one if I become interested.
I have a web site but am not interested
I have a web site but I would not be able to add the coding
I have a web site and WOULD BE interested

8c. If you are interested, enter the approximate amount of people on your mailing list.

9. We are running out of many of our "back issues" of HopeKeepers Magazine and my garage can't hold them all indefinately anyway. We will be putting together a "Best of HopeKeepers Magazine" CD of the magazine as PFD files that you can print out to read, or read online. These would be great to be able to print out and share with others, especially HopeKeepers groups. The audio CDs could also be listened to at a group meeting. Which would you most likely buy? Check all that apply. The price would be about $20.

10. We are producing A NEW DVD promotional piece for Rest Ministries. Since we are spread all over the country this isn't going to be easy. We would like to have anyone to send us their testimonial on VHS preferrably, (DVD if you can but that would be rare), or if that's impossible, on cassette. All data will then be merged together (I have a husband who is an audio engineer!) How do you believe you could participate?

We'd like to have a deadline of July 15th. This promotional video/DVD would be available for anyone for a small fee, but especially for people who want something to take to their church to present the idea of starting a HopeKeepers group.

We are looking for any testimonies about Rest Ministries (this includes any groups you participate in, daily devotionals, chat, etc.), HopeKeepers Groups, HopeKeepers Magazine, anything at all!
I can definately send you a video testimonial by Aug 15th (preferred)
I can definately send you a cassette testimonial by Aug 15th
If someone calls me, I can give my testimonial over the phone and I know it will be recorded.
I can have people from my HopeKeepers group to share for a video testimonial by Aug 15th

11. I (Lisa) am considering doing "Podcasts." If you don't know what this is it's what began as files that people downloaded to their Ipod. Now, most people just listen to the MP3 files on the computer or on any MP3 player.

My podcast would be something like a 7-minute radio program 1-2 days a week. I would discuss "hot topics" in the news that relate to illness/spirituality, interview guests, including Rest Ministries' wonderful volunteers, and share devotional time. . .  basically whatever I feel the Lord is calling me to share. How do you feel about this?

"I would listen to this.  . "
I would listen to them all I would listen to some I wouldn't be interested
on the internet (free)

I would listen to them all I would listen to some I wouldn't be interested
on my MP3 player (download is free)

I would listen to them all I would listen to some I wouldn't be interested
on my Ipod (download is free)

I would listen to them all I would listen to some I wouldn't be interested
I would buy an audio CD for a small fee

12. At a recent presentation I gave out scripture cards with the word NEVERTHELESS on the back of them, reminding people whenever we have one of those thought that are not pure, admirable, etc. to read the car. I stuck a couple on my keychain along with my grocery cards and have LOVED having scripture this way.

I am considering purchasing some of these cards to have available in the COMFORT ZONE BOOKSTORE for about $1.50-$2 depending on what the quote ends up being. Would this product interest you?
Yes, I would buy 1
Yes, I would buy at least 2, maybe more. It's a great gift to give to a hurting friend.
No, I likely wouldn't be interested.

14. Just a reminder that we are always on the lookout for inspirational stories to share in HopeKeepers Magazine. Take a second look at your experiences, situation. We'd love to hear from people who
- have gotten out of debt
- had to sell their home due to financial reasons
- who have moved churches because of experiences
- who had began a chronic illness ministry
- who have an article in the paper about something
- who have a soapbox to shout from on a controversial topic-with tact
- who have worked in a doctor's office scheduling appointments
- who have taught water aerobics/therapy
- who have adopted a child
- who is a pastors wife with a chronic illness
- who have found comfortable shoes
- who grocery shops online
- who is getting a degree via internet access
- who have gone back to college (or went back and finished)
- who is a chaplain
- who have shared their testimony at church about their illness and would allow us to use some of it on our promotional video
- who have made a best friend through the miles via Rest Ministries web site
- who cooks on weekends and freezes the meals for the week
- who have found a legitimate way to make a bit of $ on the side when you have an illness
- who have dealt with domestic abuse or other trauma
- who have had a medication they use taken off the market
- who have visited a pain clinic
- who "prayer walks"

Geez, it sounds like Dr. Phil's show, huh?) Anyone know how to potty train your child in  day? Dr. Phil's idea isn't working for me on that...)

Anyway, we are interested in YOU and ALL KINDS OF THINGS you're experiencing!

Please keep us mind. See our writers guidelines at http://www.hopekeepersmagazine.com and send us a query or your idea. you don't have to actually write an article, we may just use your story IN an article along with other stories.

13. THANK YOU for taking the time to help us prioritize our ventures to make sure we are giving you what you most desire and find helpful. Please enter your personal information IF you wish to be entered into the next drawing of $25 gift certificate at the Comfort Zone Bookstore.
Blessings, Lisa
